Favorite Dinner Recipes of 2010

Hey nommers! It’s getting to be that time of year where we start reflecting back over the past several months. It’s been eleven months since I started this blog, and I’ve been having a blast writing it. I’ve gone further and done more with it than I ever expected. What started out as a whim, the day after my birthday, turned into a nearly yearlong project I plan to continue in 2011. This blog has inspired to me try all kinds of new foods, refueled my passion for cooking, allowed me work on and improve my photography, and created a canvas for writing. Further, it motivated me to become more mindful of my eating habits and to lose 26 pounds since the blog began!

With the approaching Christmas holiday, I will be celebrating and will probably not get a chance to post for a couple of days. In the meantime, let me leave you with this post – a collection of my favorite recipes that I have tried since starting the blog. I’ve selected two of my favorite dinner recipes from each month.

To all my lovely readers, I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and thank you for your support, feedback, comments, and readership! Smile

Enjoy!  (PS- In the right hand column you will find links allowing you to subscribe by email to my posts, and/or to check out my blog Facebook page, if you would like to be notified when new posts are published.)
