Tonight I changed up my schedule a bit and went for my
run run/walk right before dinner. Today was Week 1: Workout 2 in the Couch to 5K program. Same deal as yesterday. It went well but my phewwww my leggies are stiff.
Post-run, I recreated this meal below, Taco-Stuffed Pepper Cups. They are sooo good! Make them!
For dessert, I made baked bananas, inspired by Tina. I sliced two ‘naners in half, sprinkled with brown sugar, and baked at 400 F for 10 minutes.
The final product looked something like this:

My baked bananas actually looked like the below picture, with a slather of delicious almond butter over each half. Best dessert! Reminds me of those banana boats we used to make over the campfire growing up. These tasted far more sinful than they actually were! Dare I say – decadent? Mmm!
