Palak Paneer and Red Kidney Beans Curry

My, my, what a Monday. Dinner was barely bloggable tonight, but not bad. I made the same salad again for dinner tonight that I had last night – so good!

With it, I had brown basmati rice topped with Palak Paneer and Red Kidney Beans Curry, both from the Kitchens of India brand. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Palak Paneer – the spinach was pureed and I like a little more bite, but the Red Kidney Beans Curry was fantastic and I would get it again.

For dessert – Jiffy cornbread with a generous slather of Hadley’s delicious pumpkin buttah! I love me some cornbread. This is as tasty as a slice of cake, to me.
