After a brief hiatus, the grill-master was back at it again tonight. Meanwhile, I was inside assembling kabobs! Remember Sunday’s prep bowls? Well, one of them became tonight’s dinner: Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs (yep, we’ve made these before!).
Here is the grill-master supreme hard at work, behind our new high-tech lounge chairs.
While the kabobs were grilling, I snapped a shot of these flowers in our side yard. Aren’t they lovely?
And BAM! Kabob feast! Skewers threaded with red and green bell pepper, pineapple, zukes, and chicken, all marinated in teriyaki sauce and a little Dijon mustard (following this recipe. I boldly proclaimed “YUM!” after every single bite for at least two skewers. 😉 I love how you can see the blue sky and clouds reflected onto the platter in this picture. Ahhhh grilled food. Gotta love it.
Lmao. UrATool. I am proclaiming “YUM!” right now… but for a different reason. FYI.
