Hello fellow nommers, I have but a meager offering tonight. Today for “brunch” I had leftover pasta from yesterday, and leftover beans from our last grill-fest – not quite worthy of a blog post! However, for dinner, we fired up the grill AGAIN today.
Onto the grill went six boneless skinless chicken breast halves, marinated in Caribbean Jerk marinade. A few minutes before the chicken was done, Tom threw some corn on the cob onto the grill, which had been brushed with EVOO and later sprinkled with Old Bay seasoning (yum!!). We also had some Bourbon and Brown Sugarbaked beans with dinner. Love grilled corn!!
