Weee – look what appeared on my porch today! My new handbag that I ordered this weekend. You likey? I ❤ bows immensely.
After containing my glee, I fried some bacon.
And made some wraps! Slightly obessed with Flatout wraps lately. I filled them with romaine, tomato, avocado, light ranch dressing, mesquite deli turkey, pepper jack cheese, and bacon. Oh, daylight. MegGoesNomNom has missed you.
On the side I roasted some brussels sprouts. At first I thought I overcooked them but they were excellent! I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on brussels sprouts all these years. They are so nutty and delicious roasted in the oven.
Easy, peasy dinner.

Love the bag! Will try the dinner sometime too!

Yikes – not sure how I feel about boiled dinners! Might take some work to embrace that Irish tradition…
The wraps look delicious. Love that purse. It looks “just like you.” MOM
Thanks! I think so too.
Good idea to roast brussel sprouts. We like to cook them. Enjoy your recipes. aunt anne
They are so good roasted! I slice them in half, toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast at 400 F for 25-30 minutes.
