Italian Beef Tortellini Stew

I had this warm, hearty stew waiting for the huz when he returned home from the airport this evening. Tonight I feel like letting the pictures tell the story:





Simmer for 1 – 1.5 hours, then add frozen cheese tortellini and spinach, and serve
