Some days I am in the mood to write, and other days I am in the mood to make photos look pretty. After composing one shitton of emails today at work, I was in a photo editing mood!
I made this wonderful French Onion Turkey Shepherd’s Pie last night and wanted to share it with you. This is a really fantastic recipe, full of flavor, from Taste of Home.
Yeah, I spelled “sprinkle” “spinkle.” So sue me. Spinkle.
How do you like that!? The huz and I both absolutely loved this dish. The caramelized onions added a phenomenal flavor to the Shepherd’s Pie without adding many calories. I totally recommend this recipe!
My rating: 9/10
Yikes, this plate is not very pretty, but man, was it delicious.
Happy Valentine’s Day tomorrow! I am going to a 6-course dessert tasting! What what.
