I did pretty well with my plan this week! However, the planning stopped for a week. Once we got back from our weekend out of town, we had so much food in the house and so little time to go grocery shopping that I declared that the following week would be a “wing-it” week, during which I attempted to use up food in the house and save money by not going grocery shopping. I also knew I had a couple evenings where I would not be home for dinner and so didn’t’ need to plan meals for those nights.
