Dinner Meal Plan for January 26 – February 1:

  • Saturday: Whole Foods Salad Bar + Soup + Wine + What’s Eating Gilbert Grape = What happens when I spend a Saturday night solo. It was awesome.

  • Sunday: Baked Chicken, Rice, Cheesy Broccoli. I spent the day at the Auto Show in Detroit, and after arriving home late had this dinner waiting for me, prepared by the huz.
