Dinner Meal Plan for January 26 – February 1:
- Saturday: Whole Foods Salad Bar + Soup + Wine + What’s Eating Gilbert Grape = What happens when I spend a Saturday night solo. It was awesome.
- Sunday: Baked Chicken, Rice, Cheesy Broccoli. I spent the day at the Auto Show in Detroit, and after arriving home late had this dinner waiting for me, prepared by the huz.
- Monday: Blackened Salmon, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potatoes
- Tuesday: Tortellini & Spinach Soup, Whole Grain Baguette
- Wednesday: Greek Chicken Bread Salad
- Thursday: Cincinnati Turkey Chili
- Friday: Happy Hour at Mélange
