Dinner Meal Plan for June 16-22:
- Saturday: Dinner at Sola in Chicago
- Sunday: Wing it – coming home from Chicago = Pizza
- Monday: Gardein Crispy Chik’n Filets with Linguine and Marinara Sauce, Creamed Spinach
- This is me being creative with food in my pantry and freezer! Then after dinner I went grocery shopping for the first time in two week.s
- Tuesday: Superfoods Dinner! Salmon, Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes, Baby Greens
- Wednesday: Grilled Biercamp Brats; Corn, Black Bean, and Avocado Salad
- Thursday: No Thai! take-out. Apparently a bunch of people in Ann Arbor are No Thai #h8ers, per the comments on my Instagram photo. I like No Thai! I had the Gang Ped with chicken.
