I’ve just returned from a wonderful vacation in the Czech Republic, so I hope you will forgive my decreased posting frequency over the past couple weeks! I definitely missed blogging while I was gone and am excited to start blogging about food and my travels again.
Traveling meant I missed last week’s meal planning post, so I’ll catch-up on the past two weeks.

Dinner Meal Plan for July 13 – 27:
- Saturday 7/13: Wing it – I have no idea what we had! My memory fails.
- Sunday 7/14: Lil Cheddar Meat Loaves and Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Cauliflower with Bacon
- Monday 7/15: Out to dinner at Cancun Mexican Grill w/ the huz and my mother-in-law and bro-in-law
- Tuesday 7/16: Blackened Salmon, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Salad
- Wednesday 7/17:
Mexican Cornbread Casserole.I got lazy after a crazy day of work and we went out for salad and pizza at Tony Sacco’s for dinner instead.
- Thursday 7/18: Flew to Prague! Dinner at the airport. I had a hummus & veggie wrap with fries at some diner place.
