Last Week:
Dinner Meal Plan for August 4-10:
- Sunday: Patty Melts, Crispy Rosemary Oven Fries, Grilled Corn
- Monday: Cobb Salad <- post coming soon!
- Tuesday:
Blackened Salmon, Roasted Chickpeas, Spinach Salad<- I developed a sore throat (which later turned into a yucky head cold!) so we went out for ramen noodles from Whole Foods instead. Mmm, broth.
- Wednesday: Wing it – Threw the contents of my veggie crisper into a bowl and made a salad, and made bean and cheese quesadillas using leftovers, served with Sriracha sour cream. ‘Winging’ it’ at its best!
- Thursday: Mexican Cornbread Casserole
- Friday: Out to Dinner. We started with sangria at Dominick’s and then we used a Groupon at Mélange. I ordered the Barramundi entrée.
- Saturday: Chinese Take-out from San Fu. I love their ‘health choice’ entrees featuring steamed veggies, un-breaded chicken, and oil-less sauces (General Tso’s is my favorite)! They are delicious and guilt-free.
