- Monday: Korean Turkey Burgers with Kimchi, Caprese Salad
- Tuesday: Chili-Corn Chip Pie, Caprese Salad
- Wednesday: Hearty Butternut Squash Soup
- Thursday: Leftover soup
- Friday: Bone Heads Bar-B-Q <-I have been eating too many cheeseburgers lately. I may have a problem. Bone Heads, located in Willis, MI, serves up 1/2 pound patties using beef from Knight’s Market. I ordered the Bone Heads Burger, topped with bacon, melted cheese, fried onion pieces, BBQ sauce (found out I prefer ketchup on my burgers), along with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Fries were standard/okay.
Also the huz and I split a wings and ribs appetizer and OMG Bone Heads’ ribs are AMAZING! Best ribs I’ve ever had. I didn’t know ribs could taste like this! Must.go.back.for.ribs.asap.
- Saturday: I made a batch of Tomato Bruschetta and then nibbled on cheese, wine, olives, and pistachios while watching football. #sodiumoverload
