Dinner Meal Plan for October 13-19:
- Sunday: Beef Burgundy
- Meatless Monday: Creamy Avocado & White Bean Wraps, Grapes
- Tuesday: Stuffed Peppers with Quinoa
- Wednesday: Leftover Stuffed Peppers
- Thursday: Red Hawk for sis’s birthday dinner. I ordered a Reuben and fries. Yum!
- Friday: We went back to Blue Wolf Grill for the second time in a week. (Read about our first visit here.) This time I ordered the Jalapeño Chipotle Burger with Fries and a bowl of their homemade Salmon Chowder. Their food is really good! The only downside is they may need another server working at peak meal times, as we felt a tad neglected at times. But I’m glad to see they’re getting lots of business.
