- Tuesday: Pork Chops with Roasted Apples and Onions with Quinoa
- Wednesday: Chicken Broccoli Bake (ala UMich Residential Dining!) over Brown Rice
- Thursday: Qdoba
- Friday: Split a ribs dinner for two at R.U.B. BBQ Pub. The ribs were fantastic, the sides were fine but small, and the service was inexcusably poor, consistent with my last visit.
…Plus some mini pastries from the Whole Foods dessert case!
