Dinner Meal Plan for January 5-11:
- Meatless Monday: Gardein Crispy Tenders, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Garlic Quinoa
- Tuesday: Fish Stick Tacos
- Wednesday: Couscous Meatball Soup with Kale
- Thursday: Coconut Curry Chicken Soup
- Friday: Elevation Burger
- Saturday: For lunch I had lunch with my mom: soup, salad, & breadsticks at Olive Garden.
Zuppa Toscana is my favorite soup of theirs.
For dinner I picked up a California roll with crab with brown rice from Whole Foods, and a few cold bar items.
