- Monday: Curry Shrimp Chopped Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing from The Roasted Root – the dressing was great, the salad was pretty good. Didn’t love the seasoning for the shrimp.

- Thursday: Ian’s Chicken Nuggets, Wild Rice, Luann’s Kale Salad <- we are loving this kale salad recipe from IGE!
