Sunday:
This salmon and corn sauté was a new recipe from the May 2014 issue of Cooking Light. It was pretty good but didn’t blow me away.

Monday:
I found the idea for these Tuna Melts while perusing a list of budget-friendly recipes on the Cooking Light website. Quick, cheap, and wholesome dinner.

Tuesday:
Another recipe from the May issue of Cooking Light. Loved the addition of pesto!

- Detroit Restaurant Week: Dinner at Roast

Thursday:
- Wing it: Petite Market Salad and a Cucumber Avocado Sushi Roll from Whole Foods. Wow, their vegetarian sushi is fantastic!

Friday:
- Out to dinner at Sidetrack
We shared some mozzarella sticks.
And I ordered Linda’s Big Spring Salad topped with Sidetrack’s always-amazing Black Bean Burger. Sidetrack never ever ever disappoints. ❤

Saturday:
- Wing it: Take-out from Maize & Blue Deli. I ordered my favorite sandwich, #27.

Kind of an odd week this week. I do have plenty of Easter leftovers and am also planning a 1 Day Juice Cleanse one day (which I will tell you more about in a future post!)
